Curb appeal is your best chance to create a positive impact on buyers before they walk into your house. The positive and negative features that jump out at buyers create their first perception of your house and how you keep up your home's regular maintenance. Knowing this assists us in determining what measures we can take to entice buyers from the street and into your house. If your home's exterior isn't inviting with refreshed paint and bright greenery it's time to get those things done. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and increase your house's final selling price.

"Welcome to your new home!"
Can buyers picture themselves hanging out in your living area, relaxing in your spa tub or getting work done in your home office? I want your home to pleasantly accept buyers and give them a sense of comfort. I'll help you do this by recommending small improvements that highlight the features of your home. I'll suggest that you eliminate anything that gives the appearance of clutter. Surface areas like tables, desks and counters should be clutter-free. Knickknacks, sentimental items, family photos, and play time artwork should get stored away too. I can help you simplify the decor of house. Less than inviting or busy places make your home seem less spacious and buyers have a more difficult time seeing themselves living there.
I'll look over every room of your home. I'll note the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need new paint, carpet needing to be changed, fixtures that could use polishing, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively impact the sale.
I'll make sure your home is likable and that it's welcoming, steering clear of "offensive" or "can't-work-with" hues on the walls and furniture. And if you've already moved out, you can think about renting furniture. You want your house to look inviting as opposed to empty.

Setting the Stage
At every showing, we want to capture buyers' attention. To eliminate shadows critical and we'll open curtains, and add lighting where needed to welcome the buyer. Together we'll enhance the air of the house with enjoyable music playing lightly and make sure a pleasant aroma flows from every area. We'll make use of cozy-looking bedspreads, and pillows on your sofa and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your current home is their future home.
